Whole Foods is tough. Their typical strategy is to take over existing stores that are doing poorly and improve. The closest we have is Cornocpia, but Natural Grocers on the North Side isn’t too bad of a drive

No, someone bought a home for what was a large but typical amount in 1978, and because the market exploded in that area, and *also because of inflation*, it was worth over a million today. However, remember that because our money is worth far less per dollar today, it's not nearly as large of a come up as you THINK it is. $78k in 1978 is equal to approximately $375k today

@@sellingcentraloregon I would check the volume meter in your software, make sure that it's hitting high enough levels. I didn't realize I had volume problems until somebody said something to me a while back. Now I always check the levels prior to releasing videos on any of my channels.
