My name is Rodney Smartt and I purchased a vehicle then I recommend and co- signed for my brother n law to get one . The car that my brother n law got gave him issues the day after he purchased it and he called the salesman Brett in Huntsville Chevy dealership and was told to bring it back Monday witch he did. They sent it to the shop and it was alot wrong with the vehicle and they said he would have to pay for it . My brother n law refused to pay for it because he only had it for one day. We also suggested a solution because they kept giving my brother n law the run around. The solution was, since they were taking so long to get back to him and stick him with the repairs he looked on the their website and found another vehicle worth about the same and wondered if they could switch vehicles and keep everything the same. Brett just told him today 04/19/22 that he would have to make payments on the vehicle that's in the shop before he can trade it out. My brother n law shouldn't have to pay for a vehicle that he hasn't been able to enjoy after putting 4k down on and getting poor customer service for. We don't want Brett fired we just want to be treated right and get this problem resolved. Brett said my brother was going to get a lawyer but my brother clearly said , if they couldn't resolve the issue he would have to contact a lawyer he didn't say he was going to talk to a lawyer. I had a problem with the vehicle that I purchased and they fixed it no charge . Why are they charging him sir. Can you please contact me . Make it make sense pls.
