If you cut the meat at the joints (as you did at 1:13) instead of gently cracking both ways and pulling them apart, you leave the little shell tendon sticking in the meat. The meat is so much easier to eat without that still imbedded.

That is not freshly grated, it is the powdery substance, if you do not grate it YOURSELF, it is NOT freshly grated cheese.

When you use frozen okra does the okra still have that slimy taste? Did you use frozen snow crabs or did you thaw out the crabs? All I see at the store is imitation crab meat. What brands are not imitation in stores like Randall, Tom Thumb, heb, Walmart, Kroger, Albertsons? I put blue crabs , crawfish tails, shrimp, sausage in my gumbo
