I need some help please. My roommate died without a will. He had some money he wanted deposited to my bank account a year and a half ago. He didn't tell what to do with the money. The lady at the bank said it's mine, on paper. He does have 2 adult children. Chances are his estate will never be probated due to cost. What should I do with this money? Will I have to pay income tax? Should I go to court to get a legal determination? I don't want to pay anything out of my pocket for this. thanks

The ex said nothing but looked around to see who might have seen me (Like he was embarrassed that I fell) . Someone in a car stopped to ask if I was okay, the ex just stood there. He didn't help me to get up. When I was giving birth, it came to the final pushing and I reached for his hand and he backed away. For years, I thought his lack of emotions was a strength. I was wrong.

My aunt passed this year and she had no will . I have judgement entered against me, debt collectors took advantage of me since I was clueless about the law, I offered to do $100 a month payment but they still said they were gonna do a default judgement because they didn't like what I was offering, I never got a court date or anything stating a judgment being filed months ago, but now I got papers from them saying I got a judgement entered against me which shows on the court filings. Along with this I got subpoena papers and says to fill out it with bank info and assets etc, On the court filings it doesn't state anything about a subpoena being filed, this subpoena is to be returned to the debt collectors. can file motion to vacate the judgment and what about the supeona?

growing up never get any empathy gave me the biggest flaw in my life. Rn im still struggling to give myself more reason for empathize toward others, its fucked up i have to learn this by myself and not even the one who raised me.

i have low levels of empathy and i can only empathize with/connect with some animals, especially birds, since i grew up with them. recently i saw some random post on internet about someones bird passed away, the pain i felt was so terrible. if you guys feel this way for everyone, it must be exhausting.

Some real life work place examples I've witnessed. Summer of 2022 - _______ was talking about how she has the most seniority over everyone. There are employees that have 20+ years on the job… I asked her what does “Seniority” mean to you. She said to me: ‘It means they’ll (management) let me get away with more shit that you’. Like the goal in her mind is to ‘get away with shit’ while at work. Summer of 2022 - I personally caught _______ stealing $$$ time (hourly employee / time card theft). She had another employee punch her out while she left hours earlier. I brought my findings to the Branch Manager, ______________ & he was very upset. He confronted _________ about it & she was forced to admit to it. Then 20 minutes later, it was business as usual. It was like it never happened. No disciplinary actions were taken December 2023 - This woman _____ said to me that “I’m probably getting fired today” & I asked why? She told me that she didn’t like her company bonus because she thought it wasn’t enough $$$ (she told me she knows what some of the other employee’s bonus #’s were) so she went into our Regional Managers office & screamed at him saying things like ‘how could you’ ‘I thought we were friends’ ‘you’re my enemy’ ‘you’re dead to me’. All because she’s ungrateful about her company bonus. No disciplinary actions were taken Spring 2024 - It was early afternoon 12pm/1pm ________ was arguing & talking back to the Regional Manager in his office, it got very heated & he told her to ‘go home, leave now’ & she said ‘no, I’m not leaving” & never left. (Insubordination) - No disciplinary actions were taken This woman thinks she runs the show. She's been there 4 years & she is the lowest on the organizational chart & that burns her ass like no other. She screws up every delivery order that comes her way. Costing the Co countless $$$$, every day!. It's laughable. She tries this behavior with management (telling them what she's going to do) & they let her get away with most of it. She tries it with me & I shut it down immediately. That reallllly pisses her off. FU I'm nobody's doormat. She has ZERO respect for management. They've literally taken her into another room & scolded her like a 12 yr old child as a result of her ridiculous behavior in the workplace. She openly told a few employees that she has no friends, her & her boyfriend have no friends, at all. To be 30 years old & have no friends? That's a huge red flag. Also she has no boundaries. She will just start to talk about her sex life, her credit score (saying its 610) & ask, "that's good, right"? She loves to try & fish for information for whoever she's talking to. She never learns from her mistakes, she makes the same errors over & over & over. She's extremely loud, cackling on the phone, speaking to customers saying things like (when in agreement with them)... "no fucking way" or "shut the fuck up, that's great". She's white trash who thinks she's great at sales because she'll drop the margins so low that the co. actually losses $$$. All the shady customers go to her because they know they can say to her, "I'll go to competitor" if they can't get their way... then she'll panic & give away the product just so she can say I made a sale. She provides 0% value & that's why they go to her. They use her & manipulate her for the cheapest price. These clowns wouldn't dare try that with anyone else in the Co. but they know they can abuse her to get what they want. She cannot see that no one respects her. She actually says, "these guys come to me because they trust me". They can trust that you'll drop well below the margins on their order & with that comes our trust that you will mess up their order so bad that it cost the Co. time & money, nearly every single day😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

I don’t give them access to me and especially outside of work! Someone I work with atm is like this/ keeps trying make plans with me and not taking hints I’m not wanting to. It’s more concern she indirectly causes issues within work place. Lies a lot. Goes on about how much money they spend and buy things all the time. But then when I share that I don’t do that , the next week they change how they are and make comments about how they don’t like to go out that much because they like to save. Wtf!?!
