Extreme sports are not suitable for everyone, let alone the consumption of large amounts of so-called "nutrients" such as protein that the body cannot fully utilize, all in pursuit of achieving optimal muscle tone. The human body's metabolic capacity is finite, and prolonged excessive intake of these substances inevitably leads to the accumulation of harmful substances in the body, such as fat, thereby affecting cardiovascular and cerebrovascular health. The initial stroke incident already illustrates this point. However, his determination, while contributing to his achievement of muscular aesthetics, also contributed to his premature demise. In traditional Eastern medical systems, a person's lifespan is referred to as their "qi count," or the number of breaths they take in their lifetime, which is predetermined. The amount of food a person can ingest is also predetermined, as it relates to their innate essence. Excessive expenditure leads to a shortened lifespan overall. In fact, in the film, the doctor practices tai chi, engaging in those gentle exercises, which in reality hold significance for his later passing. As recorded by Chen Shou in "The Records of the Three Kingdoms: Book of Wei: Biography of Hua Tuo," Hua Tuo (140-208)said, "The human body desires labor, but one should not overexert oneself." Sun Simiao (581-682) a renowned physician who lived to over a hundred years old during the Tang Dynasty, wrote in his "Qianjin Fang" that "the way to nurture one's nature is to frequently engage in mild exertion" and "the body should labor frequently, but not excessively." This demonstrates that traditional Eastern medicine, or Chinese medicine, had long recognized this through clinical observation and experience. Unfortunately, modern people are not as well-versed in this wisdom as ancient people. One of the core essences of Eastern medicine, the art of health preservation, has been neglected. I am proud to be involved in the field of traditional Chinese medicine, dedicating myself to understanding and learning in order to help patients. Devin's story touched me deeply, but I also feel regretful that he was unable to gradually regain his health and continue living. I hope that as knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine spreads worldwide, there will be fewer regrets like Devin's.

This man is a Rwanda citizen, we know he was in RPF. The way he describes the non governance of Congo, really shows that he is a foreigner profiting from the governance failure of Congo. Thank God he had since returned to his motherland, Rwanda; as Nziramakenda will be dong soon.
