I bought this song on cassette tape in '94 as that was the only copy they had in 'Our Price'... being a massive fan of The Cranberries, it was a must have & love it so much!!! 😀

This sounds very cult like, I could imagine it over a compilation of some cult propaganda that's showing intimidating things, but they're trying to pull it off as if it's bright, cheery, fun and peaceful.

Took me til 2019 to finally find this. A Canadian indie rock radio station 102.1 cfny would play it all the time when I was a teen and I was in the states so I could never call them to ask how to find it on disc/ album. Great find, thank you much!

CFNY 102.1- the Spirit of Radio made my youth in sunny southern Ontario musically rich and enjoyable. Glad you finaly tracked down Jah Wobble's Take Me to God. Check out Bungalow Park and English Roots Music- two more of his excellent albums.

Love this! Back in sunny 1994 I'd be belting this out to everyone I could possibly reach. Great upbeat vibe, vocals and bass hook, winning combo. Still sounds the bomb today.

Kirk Wood I know this is a 2 year old comment I am replying to but I’ve been searching to find a downloadable version of this song. When I was 13, I had taped it off the radio and that station was 89X!!!!! I forgot how much I loved it and I still can’t find it anywhere but KZbin!!!
