Very tough to experience physical and emotional pain suddenly as you did. I’m so sorry! I hope doing the videos gives you some distraction and focus. I know personally how pain that lasts for a while and restriction can wipe a person out and can upend a person’s life.

Roseanna, dear god almighty, thank goodness you survived this accident!! I just can’t imagine how frightening it must have been laying there with that bike on top of you!!! It’s crazy to think you were able to fly home the next day! I was just thinking the other day that I have not seen you lately and perhaps you were still on vacation. I guess you are but not the kind you’d ever want. I feel so badly for you. I know how hard this must be for you, it amazing the little things we take for granted when something like this happens. It’s natural to feel sorry for yourself, it can be very depressing going through this, luckily this is temporary and you will heal. Like you tell us remember to be good to yourself!! New sub here! So sorry to hear about your loss and your injury. Ortho injuries are the worst! I’m a PACU RN so I totally understand where you’re coming from with the physically demanding work. 😢 On April 7th I slipped and fell in my house after getting out of the spa - didn’t fully dry my feet. I knew immediately that my ankle was broken, watched it snap. Told DH to get the car to go to the ER immediately. Come to find out, it wasn’t just my ankle, but also my left tibia. After waiting 9 excruciating days for the swelling to subside, I finally had TWO 😮 ORIFs. Two months NWB in a wheelchair and scooter, a month and a half in a boot and walker, and now two weeks toddling/waddling/limping on my own. PT weekly plus home exercises. By the time I go back to work I’ll have been off 6 months. 😢 As you know, I have to be at full capacity in the PACU before going back full duty. Probably going back modified duty, we’ll see… in the midst of all is this nightmare, I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and when my leg was recovered enough in June, I started down that treatment road with a total thyroidectomy. At the end of this month, I’ll undergo radioactive iodine treatment. I’m in the midst of the dietary preparations and being off the thyroid medication. Thus, giving me plenty of time to sit and watch videos, such as yours and catch up on reading! ❤ My nurse heart breaks for the loss of your friend and co worker. Please don’t push it and take care of yourself! As you know, as a nurse, we only have one back and it has to last! XxOo

Sorry to hear about your accident - hope you feel better soon. I have Style Edit in Light Brown for temp root color. There's a sponge tip smudger on the other end which you may use to blend in the color on your hair. That works to avoid leaving color on your fingers and spreads the color evenly on your roots!

Hi Roseanna, Love the makeup look! So sorry about the loss of your friend😢. Too young. Last summer we went to Bar harbor for vacation, went hiking in Acadia, no problem. Was coming back from the bathroom in a restaurant which was very dark, trying to a dodge the waiters and next thing I’m on the floor! 🤣🤣🤣fell off a handicap ramp🙄🙄🤣🤣broke my foot and wrist, out of work 6 weeks(I’m also a nurse) I was sooooo pissed! I can’t sit, I don’t watch tv so I feel your pain! BUT as you know, only rest will help you heal ❤❤ feel better soon💕💕
