I didn't know anything Abt crocheting until I watched a "lilthings" tut she was so clear Abt it and went slowly with it I recommend her for complete beginners🙌🏻

Hii, Tbh I didn't really have a big problem with speaking but I think wearing it after it one week or so allows you to get used to it more if you do struggle to talk at first :')

My orthodontist said don’t use any of those ways for clean your retainer except some toothpaste, dish soap, or a even mixture of hydrogen peroxide and water 💦

August 28th, 2024: Today, I finally got my braces removed! 🎉 I got my upper braces on August 29th, 2020, and my lower braces on March 30th, 2021. It's been a long journey, but I'm so happy with the results!

what a privilege to have your first retainer free. In our country you need to pay another amount, almost the same amount when you got your braces. And for a pair id worth 60,000 minimum 1,100 dollar, with our dollar currency. So if got retainers in the US it would only be 14,000 in our currency like what???

it depends on what you're eating and where you are! At school I'd just rinse my mouth because of convenience, and if I ate soft foods it would usually be fine 😊 If I eat candy or food that gets stuck in between my teeth though, I'd often feel the need to brush my teeth before putting my retainers back inn
