I’ve learned to pronounce “ Worcestershire” from various KZbinrs while filming making their dishes. I can only recall 2 of them. There’s “worse name in the world sauce, and I’m favorite……”wash your sister sauce”.

I now make this often bc my family loves it, but I’ve noticed that the longer it sits, the better it tastes. So I make the sauce & let it marinate overnight.

Skipping the peppers. Otherwise, looks good. Sounds weird, but I like honey in my shrimp and grits

Here you go! Seasoning Blend: 4-5 TBSP of SZND 1 Step Cajun Blend Seafood Stock 1.5 lb shrimp heads & shells 3 gumbo/mini blue crabs 16 cups water (used about 13 cups of this for the actual gumbo) Meat: 2 links andouille sausage 8 gumbo/mini blue crabs 1.5 lbs jumbo gulf shrimp (about 1 lb after peeling) Vegetables/Seasoning 1 small onion 3 stalks celery 1 bell pepper 4 cloves garlic Roux: 3 tbsp flour (I used 2 tbsp in my recipe but use 3 if you prefer it thicker) 3 tbsp oil (I used 2 tbsp in my recipe but use 3 if you prefer it thicker)

Yeah, I would use chicken stock instead of water for the grits. Grate my own Parmesan cheese instead of bagged cheese because bagged cheese has anti caking agents added to it. And use "Where's Your Sister" sauce if you can't pronounce the real name.

I always use cheddar among others and never use cream cheese my Mac n cheese is always smooth and creamy try experimenting with different thickeners if you want it silky smooth try using an egg yolk 😊😊😊

Not gonna lie I’m scared to use egg for some reason lol but yes I’ve been hearing it’s all about balancing it out w/other cheeses and also not overheating it so I’m gonna give it another try & post my updated recipe before Christmas♥️

Amazing recipes. I would suggest your using Stone Ground Grits because they are so creamy and those enriched grits takeaway from it.

Never use Velveeta or processed cheese! Not only is it very bad for your health, it's just not real cheese!
