My family member has a Corelle set I believe is called Marigold? They are in good shape but read that Corelle made before 2005 may have too much lead in the pattern. One woman did a lead test and said lead was detectable.

@@janetdonaldson2632 None of mine any crazing. Jason is lead certified, and he said that “rubbing your hand on a wall with old paint is gonna expose you to more lead than a lifetime of eating off of dishes. You have to have a deep scratch or a break to be exposed to any of the lead”

My mom also made my doll baby too. I can remember her sitting in the living room while we watch TV at night sewing on my dall I was so excited when she was done. I love that doll. I still have her.

I had the Wildflower dishes when I first moved out of my parent's home. I now have and love the original blue cornflower cookware. The Blue Morning dishes remind me of French country style. I just saw another video that said to use Mother's Mag & Aluminum polish to clean up your cookware. Just a little dap in a dry cloth and some gentle rubbing to get off cooked on grease, silverware marks, etc. Once clean, wash off any residue and dry to a beautiful shine. Plan to try that. I love that you are passionate about your collection. Lucky lady.

Can’t get my daughter to make the loaf anymore. Her and Mom like the muffins more. So I am stuck eating 4 muffins instead of a big slice of loaf! Lol

yes, I have my moms collection & my wife was so amazed when she saw that I saved them. She loves cooking with them. I especially like when she uses the smallest dish to to make spinach artichoke dip & we can eat it right out of the cookware & clean it without any issues.

No, mine has a glass notch it catches on, it only separates when it’s lined up just right.

Watching for the first time.That pie looks fabulous!!! And, I LOVE your double door oven! How convenient is that?! Mine opens down, like most and being short, it throws off my center of balance to stand back from the hot door and lean in to try to remove a hot pan! Some things they just need to bring back!

Hey Misty, so happy to see you. Just one thing. Did you know that last November the USDA who tells us what zone we are in changed our zones? We are in Gosnell and are now 8a not 7b. Really no difference in growing. Just go to 2023 plant hardiness zone map. Most sites have not updated this info. Anyways. Like usual your video is entertaining and I seem to learn something from your videos. Gardening videos would be great. This year I won't grow much. My house needs so much work. It would be fun to see you grow yours. And don't cut out the bad stuff. We all have bad stuff going on. Thank you for your videos. They always lift my spirits. Your neighbor Anna.

I had no clue about the changes in zones! It’s making sense now though lol it used to be “ April showers bring May flowers” but now it’s may flowers destroy all flowers 🤪 Thank you so much for your kind comments they really do make my day ❤️❤️❤️

Hey Misty. I didn't get a notification. I just happened to want to see your fish fry recipe and came across this video. So upsetting. I need the laughs you cause me. Love the kitchen sink composting.
