The new trail, Grounds for Divorce, is a re-route of what was originally Roller Coaster and laid out and built by a local whose wife loves riding but didn’t like Roller Coaster. As stated in previous comments, it is a segment on Strava with that name. Actually, Roller Coaster is a nickname given to a trail named Mt View or Rock n Ridge, which also happens to be the name of a few other trails on the Knob. The trail is very well built with fortified berms and water bars in all the right places.

You are correct! It's the best trail on the mountain in my opinion.

I'll keep watching, want too know what you are shooting. Bet the farmer is very happy, you did bag a couple of crop stealers. Your video man got some great footage, it was great! Congrats again on some fine deer hunting, and the video was great! Be Safe, and God Bless!!

Sitting in a kayak and casting is hard. If you’d like a super stable kayak that’s the top for fly fisherman, get a kaku Zulu. Absolute tank and so stable.
@alleghenyoriginsАй бұрын
Thanks for checking out the channel. We will definitely have to explore options like that for fly fishing.
@robertbrink224015 күн бұрын
It's no more difficult than casting waist deep In a stream or from a float tube. If you can cast you can cast from a kayak sitting down. 4 years kayak flyfishing and looking forward to a 5th.

@ true. But the advantages of casting from a standing position in a kayak are extremely helpful. It truly makes the whole experience easier. Sight casting to carp made easy

I had a family camp in the Rochester mills/Nashville area up until about 10 years ago. It was great hunting, they expanded sgl 262 and our camp ended up bordering it. I love that area of PA, I had the little mahoning creek 200yards below camp and plenty of hunting in all directions walking out the door. Damn I miss that place.

You’re casting too fast and moving your arm too much, if your timing is right then you should just need to use the wrist basically, wait until you feel the rod load before you forward cast, feel the load, haul, cast. You didn’t get any extra distance from those false casts, try a heavier line or if you have a lighter rod overline it for practice, it makes it easier to feel the load of the rod.
