@@JeffFrankling Well, it was not really a "joke" - I mean, what`s the meaning of showing us this location?
@JeffFrankling18 күн бұрын
@@user-yp2mw2ko9k Sometimes I like to include quirky or unusual locations in my videos I just thought a clip leaving the car park passed that test. This video seems quite popular so maybe others agree.

hello. thanks for this wonderful video... we are going to Holbox in April as we had to cancel original trip due top storm surge on Feb 10th..... how were the streets? did you ever lose power while you were there?
@JeffFrankling4 ай бұрын
Hi Doug many thanks for your comment, much appreciated. The streets are mostly hard sand, we were there for 3 nights and spent most of this time in the beach, and restaurant area. We didn't have any power loss while we were there. Wifi and mobile internet good. Have a great holiday!

Nice video!! Thank you for posting. How long did it take you by car one way from Puebla to Oaxaca? Any obstacle, “dangerous”, crowded? We are planning to go in April. Kind regards 😉
@JeffFrankling4 ай бұрын
Thank you for your comment, It's very much appreciated. The drive was about 5 hours including a stop for something to eat and drink. We had a local driver on the trip. It mainly wasn't too busy, but there are some big trucks sometimes and as expected it gets busier near the towns. We were stopped a couple of times going past a town where there was a gathering of people asking for "donations". They gave our driver a note explaining their claim and he gave them a few pesos and they let us pass. It was bit intimidating but in our case the driver was experienced and we were soon on our way. Have a great trip there is some beautiful scenery.

@@JeffFrankling oh.., thank you so very much for your fast and detailed reply! ☀️🌵🇲🇽🚙🙏👍🍀😃 Which month did you go? Our folks in Puebla are planning to take us there by car. In April for a weekend (Fri-Sun). May be a bit too short to just stay for one day in Oaxaca with so much around there. We‘re thinking of postpone for Jan 25. Fly there from Mexico City and spend a little more time. Kind regards, Elmar

@@elmarbartel2699 Hi Elmar, we were there in January 23. I think I preferred Oaxaca to Puebla but they are both beautiful places. Have a great holiday. Coming soon is the last part of our adventure in Mexico, Holbox island near Cancun, keep an eye out for it.

Hi Lopez. The boatman took us first to the animal sanctuary and then to the island where I nearly lost the drone and then back to Flores town. It was about 3 hours in all but unfortunately, I can't remember how much we paid him. It wasn't expensive as I recall.

Pues no Señor. Saludos.
