Hello sir, very useful one. Sir, i have a doudt. Why should we use phrasal verb, if we use without it , meaning will change? Eg: fill this application Fill out this application What is the difference meaning in it. Why am i asking this, phrasal verb is confusing me . because sometimes it has some meaning. Sometimesit indicates as if other meaning. Especially, that 2nf part coming. Start where you left off Start where you left What is the difference meaning in it. Please explain sir.🙏🏻
