My question is that as i am trying for the 2nd Masters in business background subject, is it more challenging to find a job at the time of study to be maintained expense , study completion, and after studying a full time job & others? What are the steps I need to take to overcome obstacles? would it be a good decision to go to Germany for Higher studies at this stage as I am 37 years old? Well looking at the job situation, and I am specifically talking about Indian students here, from what i think and have observed here in a span of 3 years is that, mostly students don't have a long term vision here, they get really comfortable with odd jobs as it pays a decent amount for a student life in Germany. Now, i am not saying doing odd jobs is wrong, DO IT, but at the same time up skill yourself. For example most indians here don't know the language and aren't even willing to fully give in the language. How do you expect the companies to hire you if you can't communicate in their language. The next thing is lack of proper techniques to find jobs and job applications. I see around, students are making 1 CV and sending the same CV to all companies. That won't land you an interview, wth that won't even land you past the ATS. So lack of efforts is there too. Just blaming the economy won't do. There are still a good amount of jobs out there, but only if you use the right approach for it. Learning the proper skills is so easy and free of cost nowadays and companies expect you to have it. So my suggestion would be to invest in a long term vision, stop being comfortable with odd jobs, i know the money looks attractive right now but down the line it wouldn't help much. Pick a skill and develop it along with your job and just keep applying, make that a habit. Fuck the rejections, just keep applying. BUT in a proper way and technique. Don't spam the same CV everywhere and ruin your chances for that position. Tailor your CV. Its a time consuming process but it'll be worth it in the end. Hope this helps someone! PS : LEARN GERMAN!
