I play a lotta C.W.'s stuff on my shows on Radio 5YYY in Whyalla, South Australia.( I present Blues on Sunday nights and Soft Rock/Easy Listening on Tuesday nights.) I give him a run on both shows. The bloke fascinates me: his speaking accent is 50/50 Aussie/American - but he sings like a US bluesman from 100 years ago.

His accent is certainly unique. I feel like it's almost half Australian, even with a hint of an Aboriginal accent (I think he spent some time out woop woop). Then the other half is... American South of some description? But yeah, thanks for playing good music!

Excellent video. Is that some Possessed by Paul James at the beginning? Sure sounds like his style a fiddlin.
