Thank you for this fantastic lecture and series of lectures .It would be also beneficial to make a lecture about basics of programming (why we examine this parameter and why to set it like this and so on)

We are glad it was helpful! We plan to do just that using the programmer interface down the road. In the meantime there are a number of lectures about pacemaker/ICD functionality that may be helpful: kzbin.info/www/bejne/g4S7l5queLqBo6s kzbin.info/www/bejne/i2HLmYB8jKqVa80 kzbin.info/www/bejne/qXm5e42kd8StetE

Hello Teddy, That is a good point, (actually addressed this in this past weeks talk) however in resource constrained environments where followup is not ideal, we will often turn it on ahead of time with the expectation that it will normalize eventually. FYI for everyone else: All content on this channels is not prescriptive, and is guided by the context and the individual patient situation. Happy implanting! Cheers!

I love these video's. I am thinking about challenging the IBRHE exam, what are some good studying resources?

Glad they are helpful! There are exam preps specifically aimed at IBHRE that are helpful but pricey. The IBHRE has a reading list on their site. Additionally, I would recommend Nuts and Bolts series by Tom Kenny and the litany of free KZbin and online resources offered by the industry and HCPs on IBHRE prep. Field experience is key! Not an easy exam but you can do it!
