Is disappointing that they're still using a 20 years old adapter technology, once they change to USB-C I'll purchase one. USB-C can provide enough power with correct adapter type, so delivering power it's not an excuse!

What needs to happen is for the ember app to allow login with email again. Not everyone has a Google ID as their ember username, and the magic link doesn't work in some cases, despite the correct phone settings. Such a cool product, now with a self-made problem.

I can’t no longer connect any of your mugs to my phone, I tried everything but it doesn’t work, really a fail product and service! Since the reason I have to reach out here is because there is no email to contact in your official website

A friend gifted me one of your mugs. It's pretty nice. But unfortunately I had to get rid of it thus morning. See I received an email from you all asking me if I wanted to opt out of father's day. Well as a single father of 3 who suffered serious abuse as a child, I don't remember you all sending me a opt out for mother's day. So yes I called my friend and we both decided to let everyone we know that Ember mugs is a misandrist company. Had you actually did your research you would fine mothers are the majority in abuse of their children and other people's children. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Yes, you can turn it off by pressing and holding the button until the LED turns off, but if you put it on the cradle when it's off, it turns back on. WTF can't I actually turn this thing off, it's so frustrating! It's 100% charged, if it's on the craddle it should stop lighting up. Why is it always on?

Never buy these, ember support is a fucking embarrassment. When you sell a product for 200 dollars that uses a BATTERY, make sure the user can actually replace these CONSUMABLE parts.

I also have a Smart Mug 2 and am not happy with it. The mug is constantly intermittent and then it stops heating. My coffee keeps getting cold anyway. The support team only responds with standard emails and doesn't address my problems at all. Simply a brutally overpriced product that only works moderately.

I hate this company with a passion. There are hundreds of screwed customers that purchased this in good faith. The problem is the warranty is useless without a functional service department. You never get a response when the product craps out.

The warranty process on ours was amazing. The first ember mug we bought was black and it started peeling inside. They immediately replaced it. Then the base stopped charging and they replaced it. No issues.
