Hi, thank you for the information! Question: I actually have the same brand coconut milk in a can, however, is it better to use the one in the carton? Thanks again!

Sorry, for the late response. The coconut milk should be 100% coconut. There should not be no additives. The carton ingredient is 100% coconut. Every coconut can I read has preservatives and additives. You can try it. I would cook it first, and then put the probiotics when it cools down. I recently have started to cook the carton coconut so that it would thicken before putting the probiotics. It has more of a buttering taste when it is thicken.

I started raw vegan about 10 years ago. My aches and pain went away, and my acne disappeared. Now, I do not eat cooked rice, noodles, or bread. They are survival food and do not heal the body. I wished I knew about this in my 20's.
