If you have dark hair it'll enhance the natural tones, add shine and condition the hair. It won't act as a dye. If you have light hair (blond) it may tint it but it's not permanent and will fade after couple washes.

If you have normal hair you can use it biweekly. Oily hair every 7 to 10 days. Dry hair/scalp use once or twice a month max.

When i use the powder it doesn't leave behind particles BUT it also depends how tightly coiled your hair is. There might be little specks here and there but nothing too crazy. If you use the fenugreek seeds, blended, that will definitely leave stuff in your hair.
