No joke, TOA was my “ holy shit I’m being abused” awakening. I was on a reread, and realized “why do I see the dynamic of me and my mother in Meg and Nero’s dynamic” which made me look up mental abuse, and realized it fit my me and my mom’s dynamic TO THE LETTER. Mental abuse is one of the hardest kinds of abuse to get out of though, because it’s so, almost blurry. What’s the difference between being scolded and being screamed at to the point that I want to drink all-purpose cleaner? IDK. And also, at least in my case, the abuser still loves you, which makes you think it’s normal.

When there's more than two characters and you're jumping back and forth really quickly, it can be for me to keep track of what's going on. This one was a lot easier to follow then a lot of the other ones. But it'd be nice if you could use different color text for different characters.
