Be careful only eating egg whites with out egg yolks. It gives arthritis pain. And no pain in the joints is very important for chefs…

Hey AC, congrats. This is very very awesome. I was just granted my Student Visa and now have work rights. My work based training is coming up in 6 weeks. Would it be possible to maybe get a recommendation at your previous cafe. I would be happy to start asap. Very happy for you. Keep up the great work and progress. I look to you for the blueprint. :)

@@acdyrit thank you very much. I do live in Bendigo. But have been house sitting and kind of all over just experiencing new places. Now that the visa is settled, I'm ready to do whatever it takes to get a job that counts towards my hours, and helping with the skills assessment for the next steps.
