The greatest asset of this location is that it is not in California. Having worked on the Mountain Pass mine-site, its sad history is a national shame. Being located in a mine-friendly state is a huge plus for Halleck Creek.

OK. US now has lithium and rare earth metals in large quantities. CAN WE NOW STOP these proxy wars against Russia and China and just get on minding our OWN business before civil war hits the states?

So far Energy Fuels has not sold its uranium to matter o=for its shareholders. While all uranium tickers are at/near all time highs, Energy fuels stock is 50% below its 5 year high. EF is trying to be a superstore of all thing (uranium, REE, Mineral Sands, Recycling, Isotopes, etc). Today they sell (try) uranium on aisle 1. Last mont it was processing REE on aisle 2. Vanadium sits collecting dust on aisle 3. You get the drift of this. Maybe in 5 years it will matter. The last 2-3 years is dreadful on a confusing plan investors walked away from for the uranium tickers where they are being rewarded. Verdict is out. Performance so far is disturbing. So far EF is a story of one day in the future. Every presentation is about interested customers. Try to sell your darn uranium and vanadium first.

Thanks for posting this. I’m a shareholder of EF. They have a great balance sheet, with no debt, plenty cash in the bank and potential for multiple revenue streams. I’m particularly interested in how they are gearing up for Rare Earths. I don’t understand how the stock price is so low, but see it as an opportunity to buy more.

I see that Geoff Atkins came over to UCore after Vital Metals pushed him out. Any chances that UCore has any relationship with Vital Metals? As I'm invested in both companies, I hope there's a day when Vital Metals comes knocking at Atkins' door, saying "Hey Geoff, old buddy...you're looking great...and uh, ahem...you know, maybe we should reconnect...." ;)

This company and what I've read sound very promising, so I'm going to gradually accumulate a stake in the company and monitor accordingly. These metals are only going to be more sought after in the months and years to come.

You would think the government would move quickly to make this a reality quicker.

So, ARR wants to 'produce a metal' product which means going well beyond the mining. Now that multiplies the cost and therefore funding needed and puts them in direct competition within US borders with mining/processors MP, Lynas, REEMF and Ucore. The CEO mentions the need for a strategic or major private investment to underpin the project in WY. Only Energy Fuels is moving within US borders RE self-financing so where will all this ARR funding come from? Will it come down to a SPAC? Trump has said he will back the US RE mining sector the Biden/Harris Admin has done nothing in this realm other than go to Brazil, AUS (and SA) for such wannabee support. As to permitting, will there be non-government environmental challenges in the courts? There are many issues here for ARR that RE retail investors should recognize, but again, such problems apply to most RE wannabees. GLTA - REI

So, VAC is going to be producing within US borders for both the DoD and GM. Sounds very promising. How many end-line manufacturers can this VAC US facility support? How does the original MP GM magnet-making partnership now stand? Then we have the Star Group to build out a magnet facility in the US presently backed with POSCO. Some very interesting moves here and RE retail investors should be working re., DD upstream and down from these individual magnet makers to link to potential RE miners and processors that will be involved. US DoD is backing VAC and POSCO with their Star Group for magnet facilites in the US. Then, the US is strategically backing AUS ASM and Brazilian based Meteoric feedstock resources while US strategically backed MP and Lynas have their own feedstock resources. Now we bring in US based Energy Fuels intentions with feedtsock supply goals (from the US, Brazil and AUS). Wont' even go into NEO, Arafura and Iluka's intentions with regard to RE proessing. Yes, Ucore has new processing tech' but likely no pathway to Bokan mining so like everyone they are looking for their own supply of HRE. Not sure of the claims that Ucore are in the lead in the ROW here re., processing but this is turning into a complex highly compettive RE sector race to emergence. JMHO. GLTA - REI

Along with Aclara and Serra Verde, Meteroic would seem to be a RE prime mine mover in Brazil. Yes, VAC is looking to potential Brazilian RE miners (including Aclara) presently for material for its N. and S. American magnet value chain aspirations, even though these are at the basic MOU level presently. Yes, such moves would also seem to be in keeping with the US Biden Admins' mining policy of 'anywhere but within US borders'. However, a Trump arrival (should it happen), may change this US Admin' perspective when it comes to RE value chain production. Will a refocus occur on US RE feedstock miners? Remember VAC got around a US$100 mills from the Biden Admin', so any facility within US borders may (we will see) see a more 'local' supply requirement emerge. Very complex and fluid RE sector with RE retail investors needing much greater clarity regarding the connectivity within these emerging ROW RE value chains.
