great video! really enjoyed learning about PERSUIT's culture and values. but honestly, do you think their focus on tech might overshadow some of the more traditional aspects of company culture? it could be interesting to see a balance between innovation and maintaining a personal touch. what do you all think?

Great insights on SaaS! It’s surprising that adoption is still just 36%. Ordway’s billing and revenue automation is spot-on for today’s tech needs. Sameer’s journey from Intacct to Ordway is inspiring. Love the focus on creating essential tools rather than just nice-to-haves. A must-listen!

If what is being said in this video is true than they should agree with this Statement as well "Behind every resume are dreams, hopes, and a family to feed. Stop attempting to hire the perfect resume, hire the attitude. 99% of all jobs can be taught. Give people a chance. Attitude is very important. Some argue in some professions, that attitude is not only the same, but more important than experience. Don't be afraid to hire people with zero to limited experience. That is what Entry Level is after all. It's incredible how much potential can be unlocked when we focus on a person's ability to learn and grow, rather than their existing skills. Skills can be taught, but qualities like enthusiasm, dedication, and a willingness to learn are valuable. In the world of professional development, giving people a chance to evolve often leads to the most innovative and dedicated teams. Those are the people that will work their hardest. If someone is a great fit, just hire them." I have applied for a simple customer service and tech support role with experience. I am humble, always have positive attitude and hopeful to get at least an interview. Fingers crossed!🤞🤞🤞🤞

I totally agree that cold emailing is a vital tool for reaching out to potential clients! My experience with DoYouMail has been fantastic. The unlimited email sending feature really lets you scale your outreach without any stress. I have never had issues with delivery rates, which is a major win for me. The automatic DNS configuration saves a ton of time too. If you want something that just works, you should definitely give it a shot!

You raised some excellent points about the power of cold emails! I have been using Mystrika for the last six months, and the warmth from the email warmup pool is unreal. Their A/B testing with so many variations helps me fine-tune my messages. Also, you will appreciate the AI writing and personalization features, it makes crafting messages way easier. If you have not explored it, I highly recommend diving in!

This video highlights how important it is to approach cold emailing correctly! I have been on FilterBounce for about four months now, and their service delivers on its promises. The fact that you get 300 free verifications monthly is perfect for startups like mine. Maintaining a low bounce rate is crucial, and with their real-time verification API, I do not stress about it. If you are serious about cold emailing, give it a try!

I completely agree, effective cold emailing can lead to growth! Since I started using FilterBounce, my campaigns feel more reliable. Their email verification process is top-notch, and I appreciate the low-cost plans. Honestly, I am seeing a noticeable drop in my bounce rates, which is a huge relief. If you are running into issues with deliverability, definitely consider giving FilterBounce a go!

Great interview with one of the good guys in Boston. (No robots were hurt during this summary) I was hoping for some details on the Halloween weather history project... But there Several key themes and advice... Themes 1. Persistence and Resilience - Reed emphasizes the importance of sticking with your goals and bouncing back from setbacks. He shares personal experiences of failures and how they were stepping stones to success. 2. Continuous Learning - The interview highlights the necessity of being open to learning and adapting. Reed stresses that the world is constantly changing, and staying relevant requires a commitment to education and personal development. 3. Passion and Purpose: Finding what you are passionate about and aligning it with your work is a recurring theme. Reed suggests that when you are passionate about what you do, challenges become opportunities for growth. 4. Networking and Relationships - Building and maintaining strong relationships is crucial. Reed talks about how connections have played a significant role in his journey, offering both opportunities and valuable advice. 5. Risk-Taking - The interview underscores the importance of taking calculated risks. Reed advises that sometimes, stepping out of your comfort zone is necessary to achieve significant growth and success. Advice - Embrace Failure as a Learning Opportunity - Don’t be discouraged by failures; instead, analyze them to understand what went wrong and how you can improve. - Stay Curious and Keep Learning - The world is constantly evolving, and staying informed and adaptable is key to navigating changes successfully. - Follow Your Passion - Engage in work that you are passionate about. This will not only make your work more enjoyable but also increase your chances of success. - Build a Strong Network - Invest time in building relationships with others in your field. These connections can provide support, advice, and open doors to new opportunities. - Be Willing to Take Risks - Calculated risks can lead to significant rewards. Assess the potential outcomes and don’t be afraid to push yourself beyond your comfort zone. Wonderful advice for anyone in any industry looking to navigate their career path with resilience and purpose.

I got the opportunity to work for ezCater through Qualfon right after Covid in 2021 as a customer service rep or what you called back then “ninja” and “subway ninja”, doing overnights. I remember the training process to this day and what a fun and interactive environment it was to work in! I’ve carried that with me. Now that I have more experience specifically in sales and account management I’m hoping to return and build with you all in a different capacity. Just applied for your Senior Account Manager Position. Looking forward to hopefully hearing from you soon!
