how come with urs theres no CEL but with other customers there are a fourm and post dedicate to it?

The CEL usually comes on after about 1200 miles but it goes away with an OEM ECU reflash. Which you should do anyway because you won’t gain much without tuning the car.

Yes I took apart the headlights to get access to the amber strips which I painted black to give it the JDM headlight "look". Its on a vlog that I uploaded 2 episodes ago. Please check it out.

You should move the car back and forth or just measure again after you park next. Cars are never fully settled after being lowered down. Give an update if it changes.

If I had to take the whole dash apart to do this install I would have never done it. Butyl has so little risk and takes no time at all. Did this install today in less than 3 minutes. Good video for reference on how to take apart the dash though.

Thanks for watching the video! I tackled this install when I first got the car. Fast forward years later I found out the Clay Bar trick works much better for a quick install (5 mins tops). I guess the original video shows how extra careful I was being with the install :D
