Hi Quincy. The brand was a generic non branded led set from China. I’m not sure the exact name because from the packaging from what I remember was very generic. Another user on here mentioned that LASFIT makes a similar style led design you can maybe look into those.

Also important to point out that those are D2S bulbs and NOT D1S. It says D2S on the sticker…

If you actually watched the video, the bulb type/size actually is D1S. NOT D2S. The D1S HID Bulb has a square base. D2S does not have a square base.

Thanks for the video. Where did you jack up the car to simulate ride position before the final tightening of the front and rear bushing bolts? Below the ball joint bolt or the lower control arm next to the ball joint bolt? Much appreciated.

Well it’s been a year since the installation of this oem muffler from the junkyard and the vehicle recently passed the smog check and has been running with no issues at all.

Hey men, Blessings my brother! A while ago I watched your video where you changed the bumper on your Honda from 2006 to 2008 and installed the one from 2009 to 2011. I have a 2008 Honda Civic LX and I wanted to know if I could put the 2009 bumper on it since I like the design and the lights it has at the bottom.

@@daninotebook6867 Hi there! Thanks for watching our video! Yes as long as your 2008 Honda Civic LX is a sedan you can convert over to the 2009-2011 front bumper. Just also remember that you would have to get the front grille assembly because it is different than the 2006-2008 sedan models.

@@daninotebook6867 there was no issues at all. You would need to make sure that the new front grille assembly is installed first and then slide the new 2009-2011 front bumper into the seated areas to make sure it’s properly installed.

I truly hope that’s not the offset orientation for low beams, because if it is, that’s a huge miss using those Lasfit / L1 plus fanless. That’s design for perfect fitment, and perfect beam pattern. That’s just sad.

Boy you showed us the 1 hour way, now you do know that you can change both sides in 5 minutes don't you? Remove the cap (at 3:14) grab the square base and turn it about 1/16 turn counter clockwise looking at the back. manipulate the bulb and wire out the back. carefully snap the metal wire plug off with a flat screwdriver and throw away the bulb. snap the wire onto the new bulb, carefully replace it back in the housing with the wire slightly counterclockwise from the bottom and turn the bulb in clockwise about 1/16 of a turn and replace cover.

Thanks for sharing with us your experience on the install! However your method pertains to a model headlight assembly possibly 2013 I believe after researching from a few videos online that DOES NOT have any clips at all that allows you to twist clockwise / counterclockwise to change the Xenon HID bulb which does look fairly simple with the assembly still on the vehicle.The one we worked on was a 2010 model which had the clips that secured the square base of the D1S HID bulb onto the headlight which is kind of a pain to secure back when replacing the bulb. If you were to try and replace the bulb for this particular model with the clips the space is fairly limited. Some might be able to accomplish the install with the limited space however for us we wanted to share our experience with this particular type of assembly due to our limitations at the time of this install. And upon the completion of the install it worked for us and the owner of the vehicle we helped with the install was happy with the bulb replacement. But your method did bring to light that there is another method for another type of headlight assembly without the clips so that we can share that info in the comments here for others who are trying to replace their HID bulb. ***Also after researching the Non-HID models that have the H13 Halogen Bulb. The installation process for the halogen bulb is VERY SIMPLE / Plug and Play replacement compared to the Xenon HID replacement.

I tried this once on my wife's Civic some months ago and it worked. I tried it again today (i did charge it 2 months ago) but it didnt work. I dont think i waited 30s after connecting the cables though. Could that be a key step?

Hi Brian. It could be one of two things. 1) the jumper unit may need to be charged up again because of it not being used for 2 months 2) check your connections / adjust connections as well as double check the battery terminals if they have any corrosion build up that may interfere with the jumpstart. Otherwise the battery itself or alternator needs to be changed/replaced.

I put radiator in but it sits too high Used the tabholes closest to the driver but their is another set of holes Radiator sits high and I can’t put crossmember on top I have the correct radiator Doesn’t fan use a pair of the mounting holes too?

Are the bottom tabs on the radiator properly seated on the mounting points towards the bottom? There should be a rubber insert on each end on the bottom where the radiator tabs go in. The fan should be held by two inner top mounts if I remember.

The fan is held by two clips one on each end that is clipped onto the radiator where the radiator is held up by two mounting points / clips up top on the crossmember
