As someone in aviation industry, I would recommend P/S 890 B pro-seal as the sealant. Which is designed specifically for jet fuel/diesel tank sealant. It's a little bit pricy 2 part sealant but it'll definitely last forever.

I bought the rhino with the added attachment for the backhoe cover.....but I ended up not installing it because the pieces did not line up, like the holes were not drilled right. So I use it just over the main part of the tractor. I am saving up for a metal one that has lights already integrated. Dont know that they will ever be used as I dont do a lot at night but who knows. better to have and not need than to need and not have in my opinion.

I’m a tractor rookie here too. Curious why you were unable to get around the pond with the tractor. I’m also curious about why you felt you needed the Mechron, ie what does it do that your tractor can’t? (I have the CX2510)

Hey Mike, excellent video and demo. You hit the nail on the head with one of the best things to improve tractor performance and safety. Awesome demo with the before and after the tires were filled. It was scary when you lifted it the first time, imagine trying to drive that around on unlevel terrain. With the lift capacity of these tractors nowadays, the Rimguard should almost be included as a standard option. Anyway, great video and take care.

An additional point.... it is desirable to have a tongue weight of 10 - 15% of your trailer gross weight. This weight is borne by the tow vehicle, and thus does not count toward the trailer's gross weight. For example with your 7,000 lb trailer, if your trailer, tractor, and implements weigh a total of 7,000 pounds, and you have loaded it so that the tongue weight is 15% (1,050 lbs) you actually have a trailer gross weight of 5,950 lbs (7,000 - 1,050). This gives you more latitude to haul a bit more weight.

Hi Comlbbeau! I appreciate you checking out the video and commenting. Practically speaking you are exactly correct. Legally speaking, we did not use that same logical reasoning when we inspected commercial vehicles. Not the same criteria applies to personal use. Cheers! 🚜🇺🇸

I bypassed the seat safety switch immediately, didn’t have one on my other tractor. Definitely notice the difference in power when driving place to place, mowing and working not really different for me. I work slow and steady. Didn’t really think about needing room to open the doors in the garage, so I had to rearrange some things. I’ll do a video on my impressions after I have had it a bit. Take care!
