@@earthguidesclub yes for people that like the LV Aesthetic and from what I have seen each pastry is like a little work of Art. Perfect social media posting material to get clicks or hits (if that is a persons side hustle) or to make friends back home jealous.

@@michaelmarchal4004 In fairness I didn’t say anything was bad, just that it was overrated and the overall experience felt a bit like a conveyor belt vs quality experience like at LV or The Ritz. But yes you’re right he is obviously one of the best bakers in France.

Used to think sauce was just to be a little bit for some flavour but that was alot you put on that. Spread stuff thinly. Nobody needs a tbsp of sauce all at once. Less is more.

#1 mostly fatty meat on break-your-teeth tough bread but I loved the meat selection. #2 choices looked great. #3 was extremely disappointing.
