What killed you at 11:55? Not sure I've had that happen to me. The commandos are freaking annoying, my tactic is to duck when they extend their tentacle and blast them with the shotgun. Two blasts kills them up close.

@diabolicalchild3267 I have no idea what killed me but I was trying to climb back up on the ladder and it just killed me. It also happened on my live stream of Doom 3 the bfg edition
