I have the implant in my arm iv had it for about 8 years changed 3 times, I have been fine and I love it, but it’s only 3 years I’m getting the coil next week and not sure what one to get. Implant has hormones and I have been fine so I’m thinking marina but I’m not sure I want something longer that’s why I’m getting my implant took out and coil put in. I have the copper iud and was thinking about how theres some side effects I don’t like and how sometimes i want to switch to the Marena. but those side effects of what I have despite being horrid, I can’t imagine getting worse or there being more. Especially changing my mental health for the worst again. I pray that your mental health improves regardless of which birth control works out. You can do it! ❤
