@@RationalBeliver ohh iyaa bisa Bang, ada juga gerakan yg langsung fokusnya itu latihan bokong Bang, namanya glute bridge atau hip thrust, 2 2nya bisa pakek barbell ataupun dumbell Jdi menurutku klo emg mau invest, mending beli power rack, atau rack yg 2 dimensi, bench, lalu barbell dan dumbell bisa buat bnyak gerakn dah itu

Aku udh cukup lama powerlifting bang, tapi on off on off.. tapi klo ke 200kg deadlift dan 100kg+ bench bisa lebih cepet lah kesananya dari pada aku.. prolatnya aja yg perlu bagus sama latihan disiplin 😃👍👍

klo memperkuat berarti melatih gerakan tersebut lebih bnyak / lebih sering aja, atau mimicking gerakannya aj, contoh aksesoris bench press, itu bisa larsen press/close grip bench/dll, klo deadlift, bisa rack pull, paused , romanian dll, klo squats bisa paused, pin squats, front squat dll Jdi lebih di bnyakin masukin gerakan2 diatas, dan fokus progressive overload harusnya bsa tambah, terlepas dari faktor2 lain spt nutrisi , istirahatnya dan lainnya
