I don't understand the hate this video is receiving. The Philippines is the first country to commercialize the use of Golden Rice. All they are saying is that, since there is NO DATA, even from IRRI, about the LONG-TERM risks of Golden Rice to the environment and to Filipinos, they are concerned. They just don't want the Philippines and its people to be used as test subjects. They are being CAUTIOUS!! Because what if there really are long-term negative effects on health and the environment? Who would be to blame? Of course, the government, for allowing the commercialization of Golden Rice. If it DID have NEGATIVE LONG-TERM effects, there would be NO WAY to turn back time. The video even mentions that if Golden Rice is PROVEN to have NO 'LONG-TERM' NEGATIVE EFFECTS, then it can definitely be commercialized again. WE JUST DON'T WANT TO RISK THE LIVES OF FILIPINOS. I don't see any problem with that. They even provided alternative sources of Vitamin A, such as malunggay and kalabasa.

Javier, I am so glad to have seen you in this critcal work. Because, prior to this, the only role had seen you in was that of Chigur in the Coen brothers "No territory for old men". Your portrail of Anton Chigur was very disturbing , which is a testament to your acting skills.

Guy don't now any buddy here in 2024. But I remember this when ı was 7 in 2007. It gived me creeps even though I'am sensitive to environment in those time. I did so scared when it comes 😟😮‍💨😟especialy if I'm alone in the livingroom

We have already taken far more than our fair share. Our poor, poor planet is much too close to her tipping point for us to be enacting policies that will only serve to push her over the edge. We must preserve whatever precious little pristine spaces remaining and re-wild much of that stolen from the animal nations.
