@janejuls I also had a controller fail its firmware update. I have tried rolling back to a previous version, still failed. I reached out to kantech and they told me to try in stand alone mode. although i have not tried that yet.

Hi in our kt-400 show firmware update failed. We will not update anymore but how can we remove the exlamation mark inside the triagle ? So our controller status will be clear of code. Thank you

Hi, I am from the UK (so will be difficult to call you) we are running ENTRAPASS GLOBAL EDITION version 6.05.38 on Windows 10 we have an issue I am able to install the application fine no issues but when trying to login the application using non privilege (not administrator) AD account the application will freeze after I enter username and password (not responding) when a launch the application with privilege (administrator) AD user the application will login and work fine BUT in Windows 7 the application works fine do non privilege and privilege user. Is there anything you know I have to change in setting or config when installing in Windows 10?

I have a Kantech kt-300 box. I am having issues with it. I have it set up to run through a usb-485. At first when i set it up all the LED did on the panel was flash. I did a hard reset (the way it said to do it in the manual) and now all it does is flash 4 times per second (hard reset to factory defaults) and LED for BZ1 and BZ2 are continuously on. When I click on OPeration/site on the software it tells me the controller is not assigned. How do I assign it?

I moved out of an apartment complex but they STILL have my name on the call box and it's still connected to my phone so I'm STILL getting calls if someone dials the code for my old apt for entry. Previous landlord keeps telling me they will have someone remove my name from call box and disconnect it from my phone but they STILL HAVEN'T DONE IT IN 6 MOS. How difficult or easy is it for them to update/edit the Kantech call box list? Does it have to be done via software or can landlord edit it directly from the call box? They act like a computer expert needs to edit and modify the call box list - it's ridiculous! I NEED my name removed and phone number disconnected immediately from the call box!! Tx

Currently on eBay there is a E-KTES-USB1, will this work for my server? Or is this just for telephone entry systems? Thank you.
