I made this today and it came out superb! I had byadgi chillies so I used them instead of kashmiri red chilies. The color was not as red but the flavor was wonderful. I made some for my friend to try and she enjoyed it as well

If you dont add egg white ,Wine won't get clear texture faster...u will have to wait for longer time ... If the texture doesn't matter to you, then there is no need to add...taste will be fine...
