I have already visited your KZbin channel and analyzed all the videos. Your content and videos are great & very nice, but your videos are not getting many views, likes, comments & subscribers. This is a big problem for your YT Channel. Because of this Channel is not getting SEO Friendly. SEO is very important before Video uploading. I can help you to promote your You-tube Channel to millions of people & according to your targeted locations. Then will increase your Channel views and Targeted Subscriber day by day.

Thank you for commenting. Mark actually has a KZbin account (kzbin.info/door/T4AxlDMAg6cqNaKxxN6G3g), but it looks like it's uses mostly to comment on videos and favourite them. He's quite a busy chap these days, but I think that a video course by him would be brilliant, too.

Can you break down how your code works here? It seems quite clean. I've been hunting for practical examples of the module design pattern while learning web development through the Odin Project. I feel like I understand the pattern theoretically but when I try to implement it I just get a mess of undefined stuff and don't know what to return or how to separate out DOM manipulation from other parts of the program, it's getting really frustrating.

Vijesh's mention of the older state of MS docs reminded me why I had so much trouble understanding those things. I was thinking that I should have understood what it supposed to do when I read those API docs. I was feeling stupid :) anyways, we have much better docs to read nowadays :)
@JamieTaylorDotNetCore
@JamieTaylorDotNetCore Жыл бұрын
You're absolutely right. The older, more stale, docs always seemed lacking. One of the many bonuses of the new documentation is that it's entirely open source (and hosted on GitHub) so literally anyone can submit a fix, clarification, or translation - which is a great way to get your Hacktoberfest credits if you take part in that.

Great podcast! It will be really interesting to see if Blazor can truly replace the current meta of the front-end frameworks/libraries.
@JamieTaylorDotNetCore
@JamieTaylorDotNetCore 3 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the kind words about the podcast. I honestly think that for .NET based teams, Blazor has the potential to replace JavaScript on the front end. Simply because, you no longer have to learn 4 different front end technologies just to keep up to scratch.

Great episode! I would love hearing a more detailed episode about your cli tool for setting up a new computer/enviornment. I've made something similar for Windows only, but need to support on OSX moving forward. I'm using chocolatey and powershell on windows and guess I would use bash and homebrew on OSX to do the same thing, would be great to just run via the same .net core cli!

The reason why the larger numbers failed: the basic Roman Numerals only go to 3999, which is MMMCMXCIX. For larger numbers, you need an extended variant of Roman Numerals, but none of them were standardized.

Thank you for taking the time to listen to the episode. I agree that the "standard" MVC pattern (as presented in the templates) becomes a little unmanageable as a project grows. I've gone "standard" MVC to Feature Folders, and have started using API Endpoints for a large number of projects. If you're at all interested, there's a full transcription for the episode available at: dotnetcore.show/episode-54-api-endpoints-with-steve-smith/
