Instead of allowing anxiety to consume us, we can find peace and comfort in knowing that the Almighty God is attentive to our needs for He cares for us deeply. In the storms of life, God is our only hope. His faithfulness and His goodness are present Even during the darkest storm. We have a lot of growing up to do. we should continue to grow in our relationship with God, and there is no point where we can say we've "had enough" Jesus tells his followers not to worry about food, drink, clothing, or tomorrow, and instead to seek first God's kingdom and righteousness and He will give us everything we need. Give thanks and be appreciative of the small and big things that God is doing in your life. Doing that means that you are looking for God throughout your day. You’re looking for God in your situation. You’re looking for God in your struggles and your pains, and keeping your focus on God instead of focusing on all the bad that’s going on. It is not our body, It is not physical enemy. our battle is indeed spiritual, In each of those cases, we can choose to fight the wrong battles, or we can rest knowing God is fighting for us. we fight this war by daily putting on the whole armor of God, always praying, standing firm in the Word of God, and staying alert. Even though it’s a lot faster than the other method, i wonder what’s the bottle neck. It takes like 2-3 seconds to output the words. Is it the brainsensor, computer or software?

I did a calorie restriction diet for 3 years. I was in a bad mood , tired , cold , losing weight and not looking really healthy . Now I eat one day , and I fast for 7-14 days , depending if I drink water or not . When I fast I do cold exposure, and exercise , and some supplements like vitamin C , magnesium and taurine . If I am really skinny I take some animal fat from tallow or lard , nothing else . Now I feel great , the body performance is optimal , I cured myself for some illnesses as Lyme and others . Body composition also had changed and I want to check some parameters about longevity but anyways I have better skin , more hair , white teeth for the first time in my life ... Sometimes I am a little bit tired , but my body keeps improving from time to time , there is some overall parasite infection I guess , but it's is cleaning . Quit coffee helps a lot , also a ketogenic really high in animal fat , a good natural source of minerals, reishi, garlic , sun exposure, sardines ( vitamin D) Buteyco ... I am feeling like another person , mental disorder has also diminished a lot and I think I look much younger than ever before . But that could be delusional. When your mood is great , maybe you are not realistic about your aspect.
