It really works. Thanks so much. Working through that ol' familiar pain. 💔 It really does pick me up out of the dumps and gets me energized. Wondering if it can be done 2x a day or if that would be overdoing it.

Very cool stuff, well reasoned. Easy to understand. If I'm already at the top of a mountain, does additional intermittent hypoxia training enhance the effects? Did your wife get a stent or angioplasty for her heart attack? She was probably pretty young, because you look pretty young. I would expect that Blood Flow Restriction works under the same principles, by increasing Metabolic Build up including carbon dioxide and latic acid to increase HGH, mitogenesis and angiogenesis.

Hi steve. How long would it take to up the hemoglobin with the breath holding technique everyday? and in a previous comment you said about 7minutes a day is sufficient? so like 7x 7mintue holds throughout the day? thank you kindly.

Been doing Wym Hoff breathwork for a year, and just started on my Soma journey! It is my calling. I’m so stoked to take myself to new heights and setup the circumstances for others to do the same! Thank you 🙏

How often should we do this?
@BreatheWithSteve
@BreatheWithSteve Жыл бұрын
You can do this as much as you like. It’s important not to push it. I recommend doing about 10 minutes 3 to 4 times a week and maybe 30 minutes one time week. Then do a one hour session one time a month

Hi Steve ~ I’m releasing trapped anxiety and stress from two years of being sick. I’m praying this will help me heal. I certainly was sweaty but the end of session and was getting tired out. Which helped calm me. I want to use this if not every day , several times a week. Hoping for good progress. And… it’s fun too!!! Thank you!

Wait wait wait why is sleep apnea so bad then???? You’re definitely holding your breath
@BreatheWithSteve
@BreatheWithSteve 2 жыл бұрын
Great question. Sleep apnea is your bodies natural defense mechanism from having too much oxygen. That is why you stop breathing during your sleep. It is forcing you to lower oxygen levels and build up CO2. You start to move the abundance of oxygen from your red blood cells to your tissue cells because they are deprived.. You just don’t want to put your body in a state where it is forced to do it while sleeping. You rather want to do it in a controlled environment so that your body adapts to doing it naturally in a waking state. I’ve had a few clients that have reversed their sleep apnea by training and intermittent hypoxic training using my breathwork meditations.

Steve…I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I have been following various Soma Breath videos over the years and it’s the most amazing heart, mind body and spirit awakening technique ever created. This video of yours however has been the dang ‘cherry on the Sunday’ of them all for me. I can’t tell you enough just how much it aligns me daily and is also helping me to heal body, mind and spirit. Thank you to Niraj 💯 and thank you Steve for your gifts…they are so important to me and surly to so many. We spoke over the phone once…you’re an awesome person. Namaste 🙏🥰

this is amazing, i will be doing this everyday. i feel my suppressed emotional pain rise up when i shake. Got covid twice and just didn't have the greatest of years mental health wise. However this exercise has been invaluable and i feel myself healing and becoming lighter and lighter everyday. Sometimes you need to get shaking, just sitting still will not get rid of your trapped emotions!
