I have a pretty good memory with this tape. I remember one day in early 2023 I decided to listen to this tape while walking around my neighborhood. I was getting into this type of hip hop around the past 4 years and listening to producers/artists like Pete Rock, DJ Premier, Madlib, J Dilla, The Alchemist, and MF DOOM. I saw 9th mentioned with these legends and decided to listen to this since at the time I’ve never listened to 9th Wonders beats before. That walk hit different just walking alone while looking at random houses with these beats in my earbuds. I didn’t go home until the tape was over lmfao. I mess with 9th heavily now and would even say he’s in my top 5 producers. Everytime I come back to this playlist I think of that memory even though it wasn’t that long ago I still feel nostalgic about it ❤
