I call it a Chocolate Oat Blob! Haha! I can't find the recipe anymore. I'm sure any chocolate baked oatmeal will be similar. I put a couple chunks of chocolate in the middle before baking, so it was like a lava cake when I ate it! 😂

Thank you! All is well. The worst of what remains of Helen has passed. Yes, I love that recipe. It uses more vegetables than most. It's a good time of year to start making those cheesy pasta recipes.

I often check back on your channel to see if you upload anything. I really enjoyed watching your series when I was going through my beginner's photography course. Thank you so much for your transparency and willingness to share your thoughts and feelings around depression. So many of us struggle with it daily, and it can in fact be debilitating. I know this video is from years ago, but I pray that you are doing well.

Thank you so much. I hope you had a good time with your photography course! I still have the rest of the year waiting to be edited, and I plan to finish all of it. I'm excited to share the autumn photos. I still get thrown on the emotional rollercoaster, but some things are better. "Sit down and talk" me is me from today -27 pounds and in better health than ever.

Caitlin, You capture the spring colors so well. I don't believe I have ever seen a Red Bud tree so beautiful. The photos from Kentucky Horse Park are wonderful! I am a fan of the shades of green you have shown so well!! Loved the yard mowing! So fun!! Keep up the great photography! 📸 Mom

Thank you! The Red Bud sure was amazing that spring. A few cold nights came along and ended the flowers, unfortunately. Every time I mow I try to find a more efficient way to do it.

Thanks! Music sure does a lot to set the mood. Understandably, they didn't decorate much this year. They past years they really did a lot, plus it has often been cloudy/rainy on the day.

My husband and I took a trip with his mother many years ago and spent a whole wonderful day at the Park. The Parade of Breeds, stomping divots with Indian royalty , and the Saddle Horse Museum were my favorite things. Such a beautiful place and you don't even have to be a horse nut to enjoy it, but who wouldn't be after this.

+Caitlin Worth ..hope something impressive will be going on when you go back. Watching a polo match was lots of fun. Even my 90 year old mother in law loved it. She was right out there next to the Indian royalty stomping divots, too. I would like to see some of the big time 3 day eventing.

+Loki Laufeyson The Percheron music is "Lux Aeterna" and the Friesian music is "Barock" from Cirque du Soleil. I didn't add the music to the performances, it was playing over the loudspeakers. Thanks for watching.

+Loki Laufeyson Yes, I think I heard her say he was a new horse not used to the environment. They spend a lot of time outside of the shows training new horses.
