This is very confusing. So if she's claiming that they didn't give Ricky a chance to comply, why would she dismiss the charges?

At first I was at a loss as to why we keep seeing cases like this out of Minnesota. Then I recalled the barbarism of the Vikings.

Why are we continuing to allow the destruction of these neighborhoods by mass transit projects? When will officials actually LISTEN to residents and not just pretend?

So a man high on coke, weed and other substances at ONCE is paranoid and attempts to car jack after causing a multi-call accident and attempting to flee. Driver records and calls cops. Cops attempt to ask questions and perform investigation. Guy is paranoid and disobeyed requests and orders from patient cops who are doing things by the book. Man atte pts to run and is chased due to suspicion of a crime. He is tackled and told to stop resisting. Man attemots to break free and fight and is tased. All this makes sense. He dies a day later from his heavy drug usage. I dont really see anything crazy wrong here. Dont do drugs, don't mix drugs, don't drive recklessly, don't run from an accident, dont commit crimes like carjacking, don't run from cops, don't resist arrest, don't fight officers, and don't continue to fight after being tased once. Therr are MANY isntances of cops using excessive power and wrongful force but this aint one of them. He 100% didnt deserve to die but he did die as a result of his own actions.

I am in awe of Ayanna and the mission God is allowing her to accomplish. Congratulations to you, you are doing an amazing job. This segment allowed me to hear information that I didn't know. Thanks for sharing. Auntie loves you.

This is one of the most important bills at our legislature today. Under international law, taking children of one demographic group and giving them to another demographic group is GENOCIDE. CPS should be indicted under RICO and if the US fails to act, charges should be brought to the International Criminal Court #RICOCPS #ICC

Well this explains a lot about MPD... Can the DOJ investigate this?

I loved this episode - especially the segment on swimming and the stigmas that exist in the African American community. There's too much seashore, lakeshore, and river bank in Africa for me to believe that we don't have a deep, ancient relationship with the water.

Hello Georgia, I wanted to share with you my thoughts on your video journalism. I've watched your videos before, but this time it really spoke to me. It was like a confirmation of my own journey. You see, years ago I had the dream of owning a media company. I even started a video production company, but I always felt that my community was not fully represented in the news and on social media. I was worried about upsetting certain people and spent a lot of money on my startup. However, recent events have made me think differently and your show tonight opened my eyes. I can see now that with support for black-owned businesses, new media can accurately report news that represents black and brown people and still be successful. Thank you, Georgia, for inspiring me with your work. Keep shining! P.S. Watching tonight was suppose to only be a homework assignment, but I left so much more.

I have reached out to Hardell Sherrill’s mother as well as Jeff Storms for advice on how I can help change the system, in which no MN jail allows benzodiazepines in jail. Stopping this medication suddenly can cause death, even after 2 weeks of use. Why are the jail staff allowed to decide we aren’t worthy of medication prescribed by our doctors?! I honestly have no idea how to make this change or I would have begun this fight years ago. I can guarantee many have died from this exact reason.

so what they are saying is that there will be light rail servicing the black communities in the North Side of Minneapolis, or in other words making their choice of place of work more broad because they can reach more places without having to drive, and would have a light rail link to the black communities of St.Paul . . . this is bad how?
