With inscryption having a pretty big fanbase and really good music, I'm baffled by how little people seem to be interested in discussing their favourite tracks, based on this being the only video, that I could find, that actually expressed an opinion on every track, and even after two years, it hasn't reached even 50 views. To the author, if you can see this, I'd like to thank you for sharing your opinions to the public, and, in case they changed over the years, I'd like to know how or if you would adjust the ranking to your current preferences. I'm genuinely interested.

A little confused as to why Swaying Fronds, The Wet Moist, and Dark Sus are here as none of those relate to Saint iirc, I've heard them in my game as Survivor and I don't have Downpour, but otherwise great playlist!

I’ve been thinking: Saint might not entirely realize what’s going on. They were probably starving one cycle, got lost in Winswept Spires, had a weird dream, found some strange ghosts, and suddenly they’re floating, eyes forced open (I like to think to the point that they start to bleed) and everything around them keeps dropping, seemingly dead. They go to the only people who might be able to help, but then they drop too. They try to ascend, but are met with a horrible place that hates them, and at the end of all that, are met with a GIANT LEVIATHAN WITH CLAWS. And so, feeling threatened, they try and kill it in a panic. And then, after drowning in the strange sea, they wake up once again, like it was all a bad dream. Saint isn’t a martyr, a hero, a savior, or even a killer. They’re a lost kid, like monk and survivor, who got tangled in something they’ll never understand. What a horrifying fate they have found.

Contradiction: One of the passages is literally the Saint, so he poses a great relevance. He can also understand what the iterators say, he is the peak of nature's gift of adaptation. And five pebbles hint at you being important in his rubicon dialogue too. I will explain in different words, but please do not continue if you never played the game Outer Wilds. The same can be applied to Outer Wilds ending, where you arent some "chosen one", but rather the one who was at the end of the world/universe. Solanum gives away her life in devotion to find the eye, ad you are the one who will experience *what happend when a concious observer enters the eye*. In outer wilds, you know you will die, but you need to let go of it. In Rain World, you sacrifice your own way out of the cycle to end the cycle of all creatures once and for all, at the cost of being the eternal echo. While it can even be possible that the other echoes can fade, and can ascend, which is not so possible, but you, you are the one that will forever linger there. As the universe fades to dark, you will be there.
