Anyways, I too like one of your other viewers who commented above about the fresh garlic ginger, I grate it. My late mother used to use a mortar and pestle to beat/ smash the fresh garlic ginger before adding it to the hot oil.

Sister try cutting your garlic small or grate it. There will be a big difference in taste. Curry will taste much nicer
