Instead of 10 publications and having more than 30 citations if you have completed national projects for a national consortium and rather produced technical reports that helped several government based clients across the US, can those projects be a substitute to journal publications and citations produced from them? Problem is when you are working on projects after they are completed the technical reports are published on a website for general public and they do not really get cited a lot. Getting citations out of published technical reports is a slower process. That is why I am asking :) Thanks !

I am filing a EB-3 for unskilled worker as a Care giver. On the ETA-9141 I used my company Tax ID. The problem is my company is not sponsoring the worker. I am sponsoring the worker. When I try to advertise the job, the State states that I have to apply for a new Tax Id as homemaker. I did get a new Tax ID. On the 1-140.
