Just to add a bit, being a musician I've noticed that one main problem arises with practicing, composing and arranging music within the closed environment of a room or by sitting long hours. What I've found best is to put a mandatory time limit to sessions and to go out, spend time in the busy world around you to re-set and refresh mind 😊 this little thing goes a long way and greatly helps mentally as well as physically. This markedly improves the quality of project at hand and gives new ideas and subtle touches to add in the music.
