Not necessary and compatible, cause the AM8 has windscreen. But, you can add a small pop filter if you think is needed.🙏

Sorry about that, maybe. You can try to aim the microphone head at your mouth, or you can use some audio processing software for noise reduction.

The mic needs to be connected via XLR, then plug in your headphones and press the mic monitor button. If you don't have an XLR mic, you can also just plug in your headphones directly into the "headset" port of the mixer and monitor as well.

If you are aiming to play games on the PC and have a live stream on the laptop, then maybe you can connect the mixer to the streaming laptop via USB cable, then connect the output jack on the back of the gaming PC to the line in jack of the mixer with a 3.5mm TRS to TRS cable. With this way of physical connection, you have to set up the system and software as followed: 1. If you do not want your viewers to be able to listen to your game chat, you need to open the voice chat software on the laptop. 2. Set the mixer as default input & output device in the system sound settings on your laptop. 3. Set the output jack on your gaming PC as the default output device.

Yeah, when the mic is connected via XLR, the RGB doesn't work, you can plug in a USB cable to the mic to make it light up.

If you want to connect to the microphone, then yes. But since Hyper quadcast s is a good USB microphone that if you do not have the necessary to switch to an XLR mic then you don't need to buy a mixer for that!

No, Elgato Wave 3 is only connect by USB, but SC3 needs to connected the mic via XLR.
