I WOULD SAY GO A SIZE DOWN BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE THEY ARE ROOMY I WEAR 9.5 OR 10 IN SOME SHOES AND MINE IS A SIZE WHICH FITS PERFECT I COULD WEAR IT ON A 4 HOUR FLIGHT THAT HOW I JUDGE MY SHOWS, THANK YOU HAVE A BLESSED DAY
