One of the things Steve convinced Trump of was that he was going to get 50% of the black vote in 2024. So all the energy you see Trump wasting courting a race that will never show up for him... Steve owns that

I love watching these videos of tRump from the 80's and the 90's. He talks *exactly* in the same manner of speech and body language then as he does now. Same style, dictation, and limited vocab. And thats not a compliment. Also, Jesse Jackson was another scam artist. Like 2 peas in a pod. Dont bring up Jesse Jackson thinking that dog is going to hunt because all you're showing is your lack of understanding the recognition of another predator and a charleton. Heres a fun fact to prove a point, go ahead and tell me how many Black people tRump employed and in what positions. Then tell me how many people were on tRumps cabinet and how many of them were Black. Pretty sure that will prove way more of a point than any words out one con mans mouth to another con mans mouth. 🖐🏽🎤

Trump recently has said that immigrants come and take "black jobs". He is telling you that the hard labor jobs that immigrants take (rough construction, landscaping, agriculture, janitorial, etc.) are the jobs that should be there for blacks. In his mind, things were much better in the old days.

Also remember, he was a Democrat here. His values seem to be sliding downhill since before 1999 too. How many trips to Epstein's island did he take since 1999? How many times did he commit adulteries since then? He also just admitted in this video that a personal buildup of wealth is "not a bad thing". I don't think that this video captures his "love" for black people. We're judged by our deeds and actions, not who we think we are. I think a better video to contradict the ending of this video is just to watch the NABJ (The National Association of Black Journalists) interview. Case and point.

Of course. I remember that period well. That was 1999, when Trump was focused on building his hollywood career. He went to all kinds of liberal events then. Supported gay rights. Went on comedy shows and parodied himself. And everyone was shocked, because we all remembered the racism. But, Trump will do whatever makes him money.

Thk you for this. V interesting for me as an Indian who spent many years in Britain :) I've always wondered why almost no Brits stayed behind in India post independence, unlike other ex-colonies notably in Africa. Is there a part three? The 3rd one in the playlist 'Not a Memoir' is unrelated to your story 😅 Btw, I meandered to your channel via the Kingston Trio tribute video. Liked that. Good work

Thank You for this comprehensive look at Kingston Trio. Great to have Bob's live interviews. having Al & Tim show the influence they had on legendary groups like the Beach Boys, Eagles & Poco not to mention Peter, Paul & Mary. Though the 3 lads of America featured no bango, i bet KT was a definite influence. They would make a great subject for a video. Folk On Louis!

Well done, Mr. Robinson. Your tribute summed up The Kingston Trio quite nicely and succinctly, not overly lengthy nor abruptly short. It leaves the listener wanting more, and it will pique the curiosity of the casual listener unfamiliar with the Trio. As for my own familiarity with the Kingston Trio, I discovered them quite by accident when searching the "cut out" record bin at a music store in 1977. "The Best of The Kingston Trio Vol. 1" was in that bin for 99 cents. From that album, I was hooked.
