Interesting talk. My husband is from Muncie IN. I experienced similar situation when ai was attending college working on a bachelor degree. My husband was attending as well. We had two young children. I found myself being successful with my college aspirations but I knew my family was wasn’t getting the attention they needed from me. I became convicted and told God I would pull back from my college work in order to be more present for them. The Lord honored that and I was able to keep my grades up in spite of 19:35 spending less time studying and more time with my family. I knew that was God honoring my commitment to do the right/best thing. 🕊️

Overcomers become the Bride at His side, . . . “To him who overcomes I shall give to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne." Rev 3:21. HalleluYah! Bo Yeshua! Wonderful Pilgrimage in Messiah. Our testing, aka REFINING, is such a sweet blessing of suffering trials and coming out above them without midway escapism or bailing out or begging for deliverance too soon. Once led to the place of overcoming we are often led to being still and overcoming greater things to His glory. He is always forming us. So grateful for Josh's music and this testimony by which, with the Blood of Messiah, will save. Again, HalleluYah! Amein 🌼

I just discovered your Train Song, and so enjoy and appreciate the nuances of quieter sounds - the underlying call abounds in the bigger message - which is of course, by itself, a deafening call to know Him deeper, personally, for who HE is not, what we may have thought or possibly made Him. What a great share and testimony Josh... thank you! May God use you to deliver a song to change the world....

I once read....Thomas Merton, maybe.....that music is made from rhythms. Rhythm is created from sound in-between absences of sound. Therefore, if there is no absence of sound there is no rhythm: no music. We must all be found in life making music, seeking a rhythm in our relationship with our Father.

it's like getting caught up in the Christmas "machine" I had luv'd Christmas but it got too Crazy. So had to UNPLUG from the $hopping, parties, baking, events, etc. to enjoy the true spirituality of it. Classical 🎶 - Handel's Messiah was essential.

Josh's music is even starting to touch my husband . With Josh's music and lyrics. For my husband has been a bass player for 30 yrs and has been kinda a local celebrity in Central Illinois playing classic rock and some original music . My husband is really getting the scales removed from his eyes with prayers and of course God's doing. He actually asking me about this song or that song of Josh's and wants me to play it to listen too. Josh you are touching so many people with your music and your storytelling lyrics . May Jesus keep you humble and keep making music to bring more to christ . You are a servant and tool for christ .hallelujah! Brother in christ .
