Thanks for noticing this! We value real things with their depth and meaning. The approach to drums is the same. Maybe it contradicts some commercial rules but our goal is to make quality instead of quantity.

No:) There is no difficulty at all because in both cases chords will be arranged harmoniously, you just need to keep the rhythm 🥁

If you mean playing with hands - it still requires a bit of skills :) Practice every day will help you achieve this, approach it as meditation 🤔 Playing with sticks is much easier for beginners, but further playing with hands will add atmosphere to the melody.
