🤠 Hi. i just saw your Edgun Leshy video from a year ago and signed up for you channel. Looking at you other videos I saw you were also experienced with the FX line. I am an older guy waiting for a property sale to move near a wilderness in another country, so I am preparing for the PCP purchase (probably more than one.) Having a firearms background I have done my homework on various PCP brands and learned about PCP projectiles ballistics: 1. In your opinion, what could be said about comparing the Edgun Leshy-2 and the FX Dynamic AR 600.? I thought about buying the FX 600mm version with an extra 500 barrel to shorten it afterwards, because the 600 mm comes with a larger plenum. 2. If you had any experience with the Western airguns Sidewinder Compact-S, and the Western Sidewinder ? Because is a new PCP semi-auto technology, the Compact-S is small and on a similar price range as the Edgun line. Any help will be much appreciated.👍

@travelcompass591 So I do love the Edgun But it is no longer in my collection Because accuracy is the most important thing to me ... And they're just not there on the Accuracy front ... The FX Dynamic Is a great system ... I am a slug designer and specifically designed my slugs for the dynamic.... But I honestly think the gun to beat is the new Red Panda from Karma airguns..... I play seventeenth overall at RMAC In my first year doing Competition .... My average hundred yard score is usually around two thirty...

Received mine 2 weeks ago in 30 cal pellet. is a very nice airgun. Mine has a few issues... 1 - no manual ...2350.00 $ and no Freaking manual. Utah airguns emailed me a manual....In Chinese !🙄 2- Lower knob for adjusting length of pull is too short ! Won't tighten down on the rod !Utah airguns hasn't gotten back to me on that issue yet ! 3- the 2nd magazine failed the first time I tried to load it. Spring came undone....I fixed it. So far it is working like the other magazine If it wasn't for PJ on wisconsin Airgunners I wouldn't know how to use and tune it. Thanks PJ ! YOU ARE A LIFESAVER! So far it has performed as expected in the accuracy department. May use it in a competition this weekend.

@seancrook6675 Mine did not come with the Manual some small leaks, but par for the course ..... Shot pretty darn good at armac, didn't make finals ... Was in a heat with some extremely good shooters Guys, with half the score of me, made finals kind of the bummer of only taking 5 people per heat instead of the best shooters... I have a little bit of creep I fire four per shots before in.This seems to settle things out My standard deviation is two point two I will talk with donnie about getting you a handbook in english

Having a hard time deciding between the FX crown and the FX impact. The FX Crown feels better in my hand but on the other hand the impact has 90 FPE and 25 caliber and the crown has 60 FPE. I could get the 30 caliber Crown but my shot count would be lower. The other downside is I prefer the 500 mm Barrel on the crown because of 600 is quite long and not very portable. Whats your opinion?

@surreallife777 My personal recommendation would be to get an m3 30cal With an orion heavy hitter mag You have the most customizable gun on the market. And even with an eight hundred millimeter tension barrel, it's still shorter than most airguns Then you're playing with the big boy my 70gr Eviscerator at 950fps gives you 140fpe And the barrels and everything else are super affordable to make it. Whatever caliber you want, it truly is the AR of the air gun world

@@deadleaddla8985 Ok, thank you. I have a Kervan Airboss K1 25 cal from Turkey. If you put the gun side-by-side with the crown, they almost look identical. The advantage of the crown is that it’s tunable. This gun is tunable, but you need to take the stock apart from the gun and adjust it that way, but that’s OK. I don’t mind just setting it up for one power level with one slug and pellet. It has 1100 FPS max and 60 FPE. So I guess I’ll keep this and get the impact M3.

@deadleaddla8985 What's your opinion? How do you decide between a 25 caliber and a 30 caliber? I like accuracy of course but I also like penetrating power/fpe at longer distances shooting test subjects like Pinewood. I've spent quite a lot of time trying to understand this but I'm not sure my conclusion is correct This is the area where Airguns become very complicated in terms of accuracy and energy and distance. Here goes. A 30 caliber slug will have more energy/penetrating power when it hits a target using exactly the same gun at a certain distance. On the other hand because of the added weight, the energy of the 30 caliber slug might lose more energy than a 25 cal slug when it hits a target at say at over 150 yards compared to a 25 caliber at 150 yards, but at 100 yards, the 30 caliber slug will have better accuracy and much higher penetrating power/FPE?

@surreallife777 My fx m3 800mm is still shorter then my fx panthera 500mm And I am a thirty caliber guy A 22 can reach the lighter side of 25 caliber. And thirty can reach way beyond the heavier side of twenty five caliber, so between a twenty two and a thirty.There is no sense in having a twenty five ...Unless you are going to a new boat tail design... I have a new 25 caliber. Slug coming out, but that won't be until next year.When everything is finalized in twenty two and thirty caliber... And I would stay away from The Crown. I would go with a dynamic or a king More options for more power And if you're wanting to shoot slugs, I would recommend going with a six hundred or longer Regardless of what you get

Not bad. Would like to see where they were landing, and if you can actually print some groups at that distance. It’s nice to know what the hunting limits are to our air rifles, and we don’t want to hunt with them if we can’t take humane shots. I love seeing guys testing the boundaries. 🍻 cheers to that

The temperature fluctuations affect your load cell in your digital scale. That is what is giving you fluctuations in your grain weight. I switched back to a beam scale for this reason.

I only go a grain over and it’s perfect weight every time. With the hollow 2 step process one, what you call an eviscerated, I do about a grain and a half to two grains over dependent on the caliber. For example, my 177 I only do a grain over the 22 and 25 I do a grain and a half. It works perfect for 177 and 22. With the 25 it varies a 10th up or down just like you are showing here maybe give that a try with your 22 And only one pressing stroke.

Hi could I offer some advice , I think the variation you are seeing is due to too much swage lube , I also have a Corbin press and dies , another tip to lead seems to for easier and the results are more consistent if the cores are warm , I cut 500 cores sit them on a radiator for an hour or so then swage , great video

Sorry not that there's anything wrong with edgun. I just chose to go in a different direction... I tried with my edgun for FXM3. Literally my gauntlet was shooting better than my EDgun The fact that they need to go outside of everybody else in the industry and slightly do different sizes is agitating.... And I am a slug manufacturer.... And FX is far from perfect either.... But shoot more consistent and way better groups. Faster reload times and more aftermarket accessories.

Looks amazing, but it is super expensive. I have no doubt that the build quality is superb, but this product is overly engineered. The buffers chambers can be made out of plastic sitting inside an aluminum or carbon fiber tube for a fraction of the cost and les weight. American companies are always looking for the most complicated and expensive way to manufacture a product.

Question on the Dynamic Can I install a Element immersive series 5X30 scope WITHOUT THE TALL MOUNTS. Would my factory mounts fit or would it hit the magazine. I don’t want the tall mounts. Thank You

I don't have that optic. So I can't tell you to be honest. But there are options for lower seating mags... With less capacity. The other option you could have if the optic has a long. Eye relief is mounting. It further forward or further Back, but this can make your rifle look a little Goofy
