I used an oil transfer pump in the dipstick hole. worked really great. saved the mess of working thru the floorboards!! anyone else done an oil change this way?

I just purchased a 24 viking 3 seater and this maintenance bs on these makes me think I made a giant mistake..what a waste of a day and money just to collect tools and the products to change oil ..the dealer quoted me 700 bucks for first service..lol 😅 so any sxs you buy you guys might as well add another 5 grand just to ride the damn thing for 3 weeks lol

I thought yamaha had a 10 yr warranty on the belt? That should have taken you to 2027.

A warranty isn't gonna change your belt if you have one go bad on you on a ride in the middle of nowhere. Instructional video.

The engine runs in reverse in relation to the wheels when you are going forward, that is why the arrow points to the back of the vehicle. The same engine also comes in Yamaha ATVs and the pulleys are on the opposite side of the vehicle so the engine runs in the same direction as the wheels on those.

There is a 10 year warranty on the belts in Canada from Yamaha.
